Logan F Wilson

Ashby-Logan Wilson, 67 of Ashby formally of Fitchburg, died Sat. in UMASS Medical Center of Worcester due to complications of chemotherapy. Logan was born Dec. 19, 1947 in Fitchburg, son of Logan Wilson and Althea Sumner. Logan was a 1965 graduate of Fitchburg High School. Logan held high hurdle record at F.H.S. for several years. Playing sports throughout high school. He worked and delivered milk door to door for the family farm, Arn How Farm from 1965-1976. He then was employed by Digital and T.R.W., retiring in 2014. Logan leaves his mother Althea (Ferris) Sumner of Fitchburg, his wife Eileen T. Wilson of Ashby, Three children Andre and her husband Shawn MacDonald of FL., Marissa and her husband Chris Rogers of Dracut and Tim and Clarissa Wilson of Tallahassee FL., one step-daughter Cathy and her husband Aaron Lohnes with whom he resided, Two sisters Sandra Joplin of Alabama and Jane Sumner of Fitchburg, Four brothers Rick Wilson of Bangor ME, Howard Sumner of Rindge N.H., Mark Sumner of Ashby and Brian Sumner of Ashburnham, Half-sisters Cheryl Wilson Lupien, Karen Wilson Menegus, Half-brothers Eric, Martin, Kenneth Wilson and Ronald Chartrand, 10 grandchildren; A.J. LeBlanc, Kirsten Therrien, Zach Rogers, Riley MacDonald, Logan Therrien, Cassie Lohnes, Maya Wilson, Nevaeh Crickenburger, Nate Wilson and Audrey Wilson, many nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday, Nov.21, 2015 at 10am in St. Joseph Church, 49 Woodland St Fitchburg. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to UMASS Oncology Unit. 55 Lake Ave North Worcester MA 01655. Aubuchon-Moorcroft Funeral Home Fitchburg is assisting the family with arrangements.
